Our faculty are part of the workforce
Our training staff come directly from the workforce and then return with additional leadership and facilitation skills after an average of three years. This ensures they remain current, and the acquisition workforce receives the most up-to-date training possible.

The Services and the Office of the Secretary of Defense hold former DARC agents in high esteem and use their knowledge and skills to solve the Department’s trickiest problems.

We understand the value of experience in acquisition, and want to make sure DARC agents have the tools to succeed in the training environment. That's why we created the DARC Trainer Academy. Academy graduates are well-honed facilitators with an understanding of workforce career development--skills they bring back to workforce.
